The Wagner at The Battery

Rethinking the classic luxury hotel in the era of modern chic

Linking a newly vibrant waterfront to the City, The Wagner is the rare Manhattan hotel that can boast of light, air, and space — a far cry from Midtown’s dark caverns. As the downtown redevelopment is hitting stride we recognized an opportunity to move the hotel away from a core Wall Street business hotel and give it a new sense of style. To do that we partnered with artist Izak Zenou in creating advertising and marketing assets, while at the same time advising on everything from photography to sales materials.
